DEPARTURE:

TLM staff will meet you at check-in, take you through Emigration Fast Track, help you browse the shops or to the airline lounges (depending on your class of travel) and escort you as far as the last security checkpoint.

ARRIVALS:

TLM staff will meet you at the arrivals gate, escort you through Immigration Fast track, help you collect your baggage and take you to the taxi/limo point. The time saved is enormous, about 5 minutes to get through immigration. We think this will be of immense value to inexperienced travellers as well as to the business person who is working to a tight schedule, please see the next page for the information we require when making a booking for you.

FAST TRACK BOOKING:

1. Please book as soon as possible in advance as we have to allow time for the processing of the booking and the collection of your payment. (We do have the ability to cope with last minute bookings as we have staff on duty 24 hours a day at the airport but advance booking is ALWAYS advisable)
2. Please provide the following information by email or phone: ALWAYS PLEASE advise if service required for DEPARTURE or ARRIVAL.

Children under 10 years old FREE of charge

INFANTS:

No charge for infants under 2 years.
