Ko Samui

The Pinnacle Samui Resort

Pinnacle is becoming a well known group, with the Jomtien hotel now elevated to the role of flagship hotel. Special bungalow rate in Samui THB 1785 until 31/8 and then down to THB 1555.

Pinnacle Samui is located on the north side, right on Maenam beach, and also has a large pool. For a relaxing weekend on Samui this is excellent value.

Phuket

The Lofts

We discovered this beautiful hotel/apartment set-up by accident when we had a group in Phuket. Only just opened ,it offers the most luxurious apartments from THB 5000 until 31/10/07.

Lofts is located right in the middle of Patong, 10 mins walk from Bangra Rd or the beach. The rooms are huge, with flat screen TV and CD/DVD players and kitchenettes, and we loved the remote controlled lighting and the balconies. TRUE luxury European style, and with Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine or Smoked Salmon for breakfast we are hooked.

Pattaya

A new property offering a fabulous rate of THB 2350 until 31/10/07

This is indeed a “sexy” hotel, with the most fabulous rooftop pool. It is located just off Second Rd near Pattaya South, on Soi 14 and will be the closest hotel to the new Robinsons store which should open by the end of the year. Needless to say it is walking distance from the attractions and distractions of Pattaya, and now at weekends they do a magnificent buffet for THB 290.
